10 Morning Tricks that Burns fat and lose weight


Many people around the world try to lose weight, burn belly fat by eating less and following stupid diet plans, which is not at all healthy and may result in numerous harmful side-effects. The healthy way to burn your belly fat is to use ayurvedic or natural home remedies. Let’s take a look.

1. Add 2-3 drops of (kalonji) black seed oil and a tablespoon of honey in glass of warm water. Drink it daily in the morning on an empty stomach.

2. Simply chew 4-5 fresh curry leaves and 1 cardamom for 5 minutes on an empty stomach. Finally consume it and drink cup of warm water.

3. Mix half teaspoon of radish seed powder and 1 tablespoon honey in glass of warm water. Drink in once in two days.

8. Eat 5-6 almonds every day. It will reduce your fat.

9. Add cinnamon, ginger, black pepper and bitter vegetables like bitter melon in your regular diet.

10. Avoid wheat flour; prefer multigrain, jowar, Bengal gram (chana), ragi (finger millet) flour instead.
