7. Garlic

Eat raw garlic 3/4 pieces every day in the morning on an empty stomach with glass of warm water. This remedy will also help you in acidity and stomach cleansing. 

Or 2 tablespoon of raw honey, 1 cup organic apple cider vinegar, 8 cloves garlic, mix them in blender, consume 2 or 3 teaspoons before breakfast. 


8. Add Ideal salad in the diet

Eat one raw onion every day in dinner. Make a salad of cucumber, onions, 3-4 garlic, tomatoes & (2-4 tablespoon) lemon juice. Add roti (chapatti) in your diet instead of rice.  Do this for 25-30 days & check your blood sugar level before starting this and after 25-30 days. It is very effective in diabetes.


9. Bitter melon

Bitter Melon is excellent in diabetes, it lowers blood sugar. It also comes in the form of capsules or tea. Add bitter melon in your regular diet like vegetable & soup.


10. Cinnamon

2-3 tablespoon of cinnamon daily has a marked effect on reducing blood sugar. They have also found when doing the research that it helps reduce cholesterol.

Cinnamon tea helps lowering the blood sugar levels. Boil 1 teaspoon of ground or crushed cinnamon in a cup of water for 5-7 minutes and drink daily in the morning.



11. Fruits 

Eat at least 2-3 fruits daily. Fruits like blueberries, banana, granny smith apples, blackberry, cranberries, figs, grapefruit, pomegranate juice, kiwi fruits, and citrus fruits like mandarin, oranges, lime, lemons, tangelo, kumquats, Minneola are greatly recommended.




12. Whole food

Whole foods such as fresh raw fruits, green leafy vegetables, seeds, grains, beans & nuts are rich sources of fiber and other nutrition that helps to manage proper blood sugar levels. 

Try to consume every color from whole foods each day to manage high blood sugar levels. Outstanding vegetables includes cabbage, onion, artichoke, garlic, black beans, carrots, radish, cucumber, lettuce, string beans, tomatoes, squash, turnip, spinach and brown rice.

Whole food does not mean organic, kosher or gluten-free. Those are completely separate and different classifications that have their own definitions & identity. Whole foods can be obtained from plant natural sources or animal sources.



13. Eat small meals

The most excellent way to control the diabetes is to have the meal by breaking the meals into 5 portions. Plan your breakfast, lunch and dinner the in 5 small meals. For lunch have some salads and very little rice, and in evening some snacks and finally have some light dinner. This will manage your blood sugar levels. 

Also minimum walking of at least 30 minutes will reduce significant levels of sugar. Cut down the consumption of dried fruits, bread, rice and sweet food from your diet.



14. Aak leaves

Put some aak leaves under the foot for 2 hours. Your blood sugar level will reduce. Keep in mind you should remove the leaves thereafter or else sugar level may be reduced to very low level.
