12 Homemade Masks for Dark Spots, Anti-aging & Fairness
Apply following face masks/packs on
completely cleaned & exfoliated skin (use lemon juice or glycerin soap to
clean your face & neck.)
Several packs are very slippery to stay on your neck & face, so to avoid this you can add few teaspoons of oats, Wheat Flour or Besan or flour of Red split lentils (masoor dal) to get a excellent steadiness. Apply the face masks/packs also on your neck (front & back side).

1. Apple paste
Regular face mask of apple paste on
face gives you healthy & glowing skin within a month. Wash it off with
lukewarm water after 20 minutes.
2. Mint/ aloe Vera,
multani mitti
Squeeze juice from 10-15 fresh mint
leaves (you can use aloe Vera gel or juice). Mix it with curd (1 tablespoon),
multani mitti (1 tablespoon) & make a fine paste. Apply it on your face for
20 minutes then wash your face with normal water then pat dry.
3. Yogurt, Oats,
almonds
Mix 2 tablespoon of oats (powder) with
1 tablespoon of raw honey, 2 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 teaspoon of ground
almonds powder or paste, make a fine paste of all these. Apply this on your
face, leave it for 15-20 minutes and wash with lukewarm water.
4. Pistachio, cashew,
almonds, rose water
Make a paste of 1 tablespoon of smashed
(grind them) almond, 1 tablespoon cashew(paste), 1 ½ teaspoons of pistachio
(pista) paste, 1 tablespoon of malai (skin of boiled milk), 1 tablespoon of
rose water, 2 tablespoon of red lentil powder. Mix all these ingredients
together, make a fine paste, and apply for 20 minutes.
5. Aloe vera
Use aloe Vera gel/juice (homemade/ready
made) to apply on your face. Apply daily before you sleep and in the morning
wash with normal cold water. Aloe Vera is suitable for all type skin; it really
works to get glowing skin.

6. Corn flour, sugar,
egg white
You can remove your facial hair by
using egg white. Take egg white in a bowl; add 1 tablespoon sugar & 2
tablespoon corn flour in it. Mix them properly. Apply this paste on your face,
tenderly peel it off when mask get dry. Do this 3-4 times a week. Then use
honey as moisturizer.
7. Coconut milk,
coconut oil, turmeric
Take 3 tablespoon of coconut milk or 1
teaspoon of coconut oil and 1-2 teaspoon turmeric, mixed all them and boiled for
8-10 minutes on slow flame, strain this mixture. Apply this mixture regularly
10 minutes before bathing and take bath with green gram powder to improve your
complexion.
8. Egg white, turmeric
Apply the egg white (add 1 teaspoon of turmeric
& 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in it) on your face for 15-20 minutes and
peel off the mask or wash your face with normal or cold water. Also apply 1
teaspoon of honey or raw milk as a moisturizer for 10 minutes. You must try it.
9. Fresh milk & fruits
Apply fresh raw (unboiled)
milk with 1 tablespoon of tomato juice/pulp or any fruit pulp (papaya,
watermelon, banana, grapes, strawberry, mango, apple etc) for 30-45 minutes
every day, for healthy, glowing & smooth skin.
11. Lentil, almond Scrub
Mix 2 tablespoon of gram/wheat flour
with 1 ½ tablespoon of almond powder, 1 teaspoon of almond oil and 2-3
tablespoon of fresh malai or raw milk. Apply this mixture on your face, neck
and scrub gently for 5-10 minutes. Then wash it off with lukewarm water.
Experience the glow on your face.
12. Sugar Scrub
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar in 2
tablespoon of tomato juice/pulp or in 3 tablespoon of raw milk or add in your
regular face wash, scrub gently for 5 minutes while washing your face. This
works as a greatest natural scrub and this removes black heads, whiteheads and
other dead cells from your skin.
