20 Tips & Tricks for Soft Glowing Skin, Wrinkles, Acne & Dark Spots
1. Warm lemon-water
To get rid of pimples get some hot
water & add 2 Table spoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey in it, take a
cloth/cotton ball and dip it into this warm mixture and place it where your
pimple is.
2. Massage with
lemon/orange
For dull skin:
take a lemon cut it into two pieces and apply/massage gently on your skin .if
you repeat this for one full week you will get healthy & glowing skin and
still if doesn’t work use it more or twice a day.
3. Tomato scrub
Remove external skin of tomato &
scrub it on face for 10 minutes. After 20 minutes wash it off with
lukewarm/normal water.
4. Multani mitti &
rose water
To bring shine & glow on oily skin,
make a paste of Multani mitti (1-2 tablespoon) with rose water (2 tablespoon),
1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
5. Curd - vitamin C
booster
Apply the curd regularly on your face,
and let it dry by itself. Massage gently while you wash your face. The result
will be clear glowing skin.
6. Multani mitti &
sandalwood
Take 2 tablespoon of sandalwood/chandan
powder/paste and multani mitti (2 tablespoon), add 1 tablespoon of rose water
in it, make a fine paste & apply for 20 minutes. It gives
you glowing complexion.
7. Tomato- vitamin C
Tomato gives C vitamins in larger
proportion. It also acts as natural bleach. Apply the tomato paste on your
face, after 15minutes wash your face with normal water. Try it every week for
glowing healthy skin.
8. Carrot, beet,
tomato with honey & lime juice
For glowing skin, drink glass of fresh
juice made from 2 carrots, half beetroot & 1 tomato, add 1 tablespoon of
honey and 2 tablespoon of lemon juice in it. This juice really improves blood
circulation & also brings a lot of glow on your skin.
9. Pumpkin with egg
yolk & milk
Prepare a mask by mixing a 2 tablespoon
paste of pumpkin with egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of raw milk. Leave it for 30
minutes.
10. Drink water, fruit
juice-salad, avoid fast food
Drink plenty of water, drink fruit
juices, eat salad, avoid fast food & have sound & adequate sleep. Don't
use soap for washing your face. Add one table spoon of besan in 1 tablespoon of
rose water & 1 table spoon of lime juice. Apply this paste on your face and
neck for 20 minutes & then wash with normal water.
11. Almonds, milk
& lime juice
Make a paste of smashed almonds (1
tablespoon), milk (1 tablespoon) and fresh lime juice (1 tablespoon). Apply
this paste on your face & neck for 20 minutes & then wash off with
normal water.
12. Gram flour/masoor
dal(lentil), milk & honey
Add 3 table spoon of gram flour
(besan)/masoor dal powder (lentil) in unboiled/ raw milk (3 tablespoon), add 1
table spoon of honey in it and make a fine paste. Apply the paste on your face,
wash it after 20 minutes. It gives you a smooth & glowing skin. Do it twice
in week.
13. Chickpea & lentil
Make a fine paste of chickpea
flour/gram flour/besan (1 tablespoon) & lentil powder (1 tablespoon), add
enough raw milk & 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Apply the paste in upward
motion onto your face and leave it to dry for a 20 minutes & Rinse with
normal cold water.
14. Milk & oats
Make a paste of 1 table spoon of oats
with milk. Apply for 15 minutes after 15 minutes it will be sticky then massage
on your face and neck.
15. Sandal powder,
honey
Mix 1 tablespoon of sandal powder in 1
tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of milk and apply to your face for 20 minutes
to get immediate glow on face.
16. Multani mitti, lemon juice, turmeric
To get a glowing skin, apply multani
mitti (1 tablespoon) mixed with lemon juice/rose water (1 tablespoon), pinch of
turmeric & fresh milk. Apply the paste on face for 20 minutes & wash
off.
17. Lemon juice &
rose water
Add 5 tablespoon of lemon juice &
rose water in your bathing water daily, for soft and glowing skin.
18. Cucumber &
lemon juice
Cucumber is greatly beneficial for
every type of skin. Cucumber reduces dark spots, wrinkles and helps to get rid
of skin irritations. Mix lemon juice (1 tablespoon) with cucumber juice (1
tablespoon) and apply it on the face for 15 minutes twice a day to get healthy
& glowing skin. It will be very relaxing and help you lighten your skin.
19. Magic of honey
& egg white
Mix honey (1 teaspoon) with egg white
and apply it on your face. Let it be dry for 15 -20 minutes and then wash it
off using normal or cold water. Honey & egg white is very effective in
making your skin fair instantly. You can also merely apply honey on your face
and leave it for 20 - 25 minutes and wash it with normal or cold water to make
your skin smooth and soft.
20. Coconut milk
Grate raw coconut and squeeze milk out
of it. Apply this milk over face, neck and lips for 20-30 minutes daily, wash
with normal water. It adds softness and glowing effects on your skin.
