1. Hibiscus-Coconut oil for all
hair Problems
All of us are facing
the problem with hair fall, dandruff, and lack of shine, nourishment to the
hair, lusterless hair and damaged scalp. Here is an easy remedy to treat these
problems in few days.
1.
Take 10-12 fresh
tender leaves and 8-10 flowers of hibiscus (any type), wash them and blend into
smooth paste by adding enough water or coconut or olive oil.

Then add this
paste to 2 cups of coconut or olive oil and heat this mixture for 10 minutes on
slow flame.
3.
Apply and massage
with this lukewarm mixture without staring it to your scalp and then to entire hair
and ends for few minutes.
4.
Leave it for 1-2
hours or overnight. Rinse off with lukewarm water using mild or herbal shampoo.
5.
Repeat this 2-3
times a week to get rid of hair fall, dandruff and damaged scalp.
Note- Aloe vera can also
be added here. This will give an extra conditioning effect to your hair. You can see the effect in 3-4 wash itself.
2. Hibiscus-Curd Hair
Mask for Hair fall
Grind a 10-12
hibiscus leaves into a smooth paste by using some water or coconut milk. Mix this
paste with small cup of curd and mix well. Apply the mixture on your scalp and
hair. Leave it on for about 1-2 hours or
overnight. Rinse off with lukewarm water and you can also use mild shampoo.
This hair mask will strengthen your hair roots and promote hair growth in few
days. You will have manageable and nourished hair.
3. Hibiscus
Hair Conditioner
Mash 8-10 hibiscus
flowers and make a fine paste by using some water and one egg yolk. You may
also use warm almond oil instead of egg yolk. Apply the mixture on your scalp
and hair, and rinse off with lukewarm water after an hour. This hibiscus hair
conditioner nourishes our hair roots and promotes hair growth by vitalizing
dead hair follicles naturally.
4. Fenugreek-Hibiscus
Anti-Dandruff Hair mask
Soak 1 tablespoon of
fenugreek seeds overnight in cup of water. Grind these fenugreek seeds with 10-12
hibiscus leaves together adding cup of buttermilk. You can also add 2-3 hibiscus
flowers in the mixture. Apply hair mask on your scalp and massage for few
minutes to get rid of damaged scalp and dandruff. Follow this home remedy 2-3
times a week.
