moisturizers right before going to bed, and then slip on slim fabric socks and hand

5. Adequate Sleep

6. Skin exposure
Reduce your exposure to exhausting
elements such as dry heat, low humidity, harsh winds, sun, high altitude, long

9. Baby lotion

try oil free and fragrance free baby moisturizing lotion.
Before going to bath, apply 1 tablespoon

4 tablespoon pure coconut oil
1 tablespoon liquid vitamin E or tea

Preparation
Take coconut oil, liquid vitamin E or
tea tree oil and lavender essential oil in small bowl and mix all these
ingredients properly to make smooth and buttery moisturizer. Apply this
moisturizer over the skin in the morning and the evening or before going to
bed.

as well as dry skin; it will moisturize your skin deeply without any greasy
feeling. On the other hand vitamin E and tea tree oil will refresh your skin
and cure skin problems like dark spots, acne, pimples and dryness, roughness of
the skin.
