When we were kids we used to peek into what goes out of
our body!! (It might sound funny but at some or the other point of time, all of
us have done that!!) Turns out it was a subconscious healthy thing we used to
do!! (This is poop-sarcasm..poopcasm as I call!!) Well it actually is a good
thing to look into what we excrete out of our body, for it often shows us if we
are healthy. Believe me, your poop can tell a lot about your well being, to the
extent that it can save your life. Surprised? Well you should be.
Poop is the
waste or the remains of what once used to be your food. After your body has
used it up all, it is the unusable part that gets thrown out of your body. How
mean!! (Poopcasm!!) This is a way of your body eliminating waste.
Now the sheer appearance and smell (if only you are brave
enough - poopcasm!!) of your poop might tell the condition of your stomach and
moreover your entire body.

1. Soft blobby and tender
So the most interesting part of this article, if your
poop is soft blobby and tender which has quite ease in passing out plus having
clear cut edges is indication that everything is fine.
2. Extra sticky and softer
If your poop is extra sticky and softer than regular
times, it means your body has been unable to absorb fats properly and the extra
fat is being the stickyness of your poop. Either this means excess of oil in
your meals or something related to pancreas.
3. Sausage-shaped
Sausage-shaped poop in
a good continuity is absolutely normal. However keep in mind that if it feels a
little hard or it has some cracks on the surface, it means you require to take
more water. It indicates partial dehydration.

that you have to go see a doctor. This colour is observed if there is something
very wrong in your system. This black can be usually trace of any internal
bleeding you had in your stomach or
intestines. This is a matter of concern as bleeding usually
occurs due to ulcers or cancer.
