Tai Chi, also known as moving meditation, is a variation of light martial arts. This type of exercise differs from other excises good for your heart and its functions. In Tai Chi, movements are slow while you gradually change your position from one to another. You do not need to exert any force to any part of your body including heart muscles. Hence, all muscles present in the body remain relaxed while you practise Tai Chi. Thus, practising Tai Chi works more on relaxing heart muscles rather than building heart muscles.
