Don’t be stressful because a few simple habit changes in your lifestyle might make a big difference, but over the long term. You need to do some changes in your diet, routine and lifestyle; these changes will definitely give you best result in few weeks but be consistent. 

Follow these 25 tips to reduce your weight and belly fat naturally.

1.      Drink plenty of warm water. Avoid eating between meals.

3.      Reduce the use electronic elevator to go up & down. Make maximum use of stairs. 

4.      Do regular exercise at least 30-45 minutes like cycling, jogging, (brisk) walking & swimming. Yoga practices and pranayam are also very useful in reducing and controlling the weight.

5.      Cut down the use of car. Start walking. 

6.      You should not skip any meal; try to eat very small meals/snacks in every 2-3 hours. Also, drink a glass of boiled water 45 minutes after every meal.
