1. Coriander seeds

Boil 3 tablespoon of coriander seeds in 3 cup of water, boil and dilute the water to one cup. Let it be warm, and then add 1 tablespoon of honey to improve taste as this water is bitter in taste. 

Drink this water in to portion, morning and evening. A coriander seed reduces excessive blood flow and unbearable pain during menstrual period.


2. Wild yam (Ratalu)

3. Aloe vera

4. Parsley with carrot
