16. Cardamom

4.      All the while, ensure that you are breathing correctly.

Back Exercise

1.      Place a yoga mat on the floor.
2.      Lie down flat on your back without bending any limbs.
3.      Next, lift the upper body.
4.      Stretch and push your head backward as far as possible, while allowing the back to arch.
5.      Ensure that the part below your chin faces the sky.

Neck Exercise

The exercise for the neck is simple. It can be performed either in a sitting position or in a standing position.

Bend forward so that your chin is touching your chest.
Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, all the while breathing normally.
Next, tilt you head to the left and then to the right side.
Pretend you are touching your shoulders with your ears.
Do not roll your head because this may heighten the feeling of nausea and dizziness.
