13. Papaya with Honey
Papaya contains some skin whitening
enzymes which are very helpful for skin revitalization, exfoliation and
restoration. Honey helps in softening and moisturizing the skin naturally.
Take 2-3 tablespoon paste of ripe papaya
and add 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Apply the paste on clean face and rinse
off with cold water after 30 minutes.
14. Wheat Flour
Application of wheat flour can help in
improving skin tone and complexion. It lightens the dark spots and tanned skin.
Make smooth paste using 1-2 tablespoons of wheat flour 6-8 drops of glycerin
and rose water. Apply this mixture over affected skin for 15 minutes and rinse
off with normal water to get softer and brighter skin naturally.
Sandalwood
Sandalwood is a common element in many
beauty products. Due to its anti-aging and skin lightening properties you can
use it for removing dark spots and sun tan. It also cleanses your skin and
helps maintain soft, glowing complexion naturally.
15. Sandalwood with turmeric
Mix 1-2 tablespoon of sandalwood powder
and half teaspoon of pure turmeric powder. Add enough rose water or raw milk to
prepare a thick paste. Apply this paste on the affected areas and leave it on
for 25-40 minutes. Rinse it off with cold water. Follow this remedy 4-5 times a
week or once a day for few weeks.
16. Sandalwood with coconut
milk
You can also add 1-2 tablespoon of
sandalwood powder to 1 teaspoon of pure coconut oil or coconut milk and 1
teaspoon of almond oil. Mix all the ingredients properly to make fine paste
(you add some rose water or raw milk to make smooth paste) Apply the paste on
the affected areas and wash off with normal water after 30-35 minutes.
Oatmeal
Oatmeal works as a great exfoliant to
cleanse the dirty and open skin pores. It has skin-soothing and lightening
properties that remove suntan and dark spots in few days.
17. Oatmeal with buttermilk
Prepare a smooth mixture of 1-2
tablespoon of oatmeal powder and 1-2 tablespoon of buttermilk. Apply the
mixture onto the tanned skin areas. The oats will help exfoliate your tanned
skin and the buttermilk will moisturize and soothe your skin.
18. Almonds, raw milk, oatmeal
Take 1 teaspoon of ground almonds, 1 tablespoon
of dried orange peel powder, enough raw milk or rose water. Mix all these items
with 1-2 tablespoon of oatmeal powder to make thick paste. Apply the
mixture on the affected areas and leave it on for 30-40 minutes. Wash it off
with normal water.
20. Multani Mitti with Aloe
Vera
Fuller’s earth cools and soothes tanned
skin and helps reduce skin irritation, blemishes, rashes and acne pimples. On
the other hand, Aloe Vera gel lightens our skin tone and works as a natural
cleanser.
Mix 1-2 table spoon of multani mitti
with 1-2 table spoon of aloe vera gel and enough rose water to make smooth
paste. Apply this mixture on affected skin and let it dry for 20-30 minutes.
Then rinse off with cool water.

skin from sun exposure.

during scorching summer days.
