1. Coconut milk
Coconut milk is rich source of proteins
and essential fats that nourishes our hair, promotes hair growth and prevents
hair loss naturally. Scalp & hair root massage with coconut milk and oil prevents
hair loss and baldness.
Make coconut milk at home by grinding or
grating raw coconut (not dried coconut) in mixer grinder. Squeeze this coconut
paste to extract milk from it.
1. Coconut milk massage
Apply coconut milk or oil all over the
scalp and gently massage the hair roots, scalp for 10 minutes, leave it for 1-2
hours and then rinse off with normal water. Repeat this 3-4 times a day. Wash
your hair with warm water. Scalp massage with coconut milk or oil increases
blood circulation in and stops baldness.
2. Fenugreek seeds, Coconut milk
Add 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds powder
in ½ cup of fresh coconut milk, mix well, and massage your scalp and hair roots for 10 minutes. Rinse
off with warm water. Follow this 3-4 times a week.
3. Cinnamon, Coconut milk
Mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in ½
cup of coconut milk or oil, apply this mixture on the scalp, roots and ends for 1 hour and then
wash off with lukewarm water. Repeat this 2-4 times a week.
4. Aloe Vera, Coconut milk
Take ½ cup of fresh coconut milk and add
1 tablespoon of fresh aloe Vera juice or gel, mix them well and massage your
scalp, roots for 5-10 minutes, and the rinse off with lukewarm water. Follow
this 3-4 times a week.
Indian gooseberry/Amla
Indian gooseberry/amla is one of the
best rich sources of vitamin C, of which a deficiency in the body can cause
hair loss. The antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and the
exfoliating properties in Indian gooseberry can help maintain a healthy scalp and promote hair growth. To stop baldness and
premature graying of hair, use Indian
gooseberry/amla in form of oil and juice. It is natural and very effective hair
tonic for growth of hair.
5. Amla, Coconut oil
Take 20 Indian gooseberry/amla, cut them
(each amla in 4 parts) and dry them for 3-4 days in sunlight. Boil these Indian
gooseberry/amla pieces in 4 cup of coconut oil till the amla turns brown in
color. Strain the oil (squeeze the amla pieces properly) and store in bottle.
Apply this warm oil on the scalp, roots
and hair ends, start massaging your scalp and hair roots for 5-10 minutes. Use
2 tablespoon of oil each time, before applying the oil, heat for less than
30-40 seconds and apply this warm oil. Repeat this 3-4 times a week. Apply the
oil 1-2 hours before wash or leave it overnight and rinse with warm water in
the next morning.
6. Shikakai powder, Amla
Mix 1 tablespoon of shikakai powder with
2 tablespoon of warm Indian gooseberry/amla oil. Mix them well and apply on the
scalp. Hair roots and hair ends. Leave it for 1 hour and rinse off with warm
water. If you have very dry hay then, add only 1 teaspoon of shikakai powder in
2 tablespoon of amla oil.
7. Sesame seeds, Amla juice
Smash 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and
add them in fresh Indian gooseberry/amla juice. Drink this juice daily in the
morning for prevention of hair fall. This is very awesome trick to
stop baldness in few weeks naturally.
