30 Natural Home Remedies for Pregnancy Stretch Marks on Thighs, belly, Breast - Part 2



10. Aloe Vera 

Rub 2 tablespoon aloe vera gel directly on the affected skin area for 20-30 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Then apply few drops of olive oil to moisturize your skin. Do this once a day.


11. Alfalfa Leaves

Alfalfa leaves consists of amino acids, which are powerful for keeping up proper health of the skin. It is enriched with vitamin E, K, and proteins, which help in improving body tone. Take some alfalfa powder and mix it with a few drops of chamomile oil to form a paste. Use this paste and gently rub it on the affected area thrice a day.


12. Homemade stretch marks removing lotion 

      1.      Take 3 tablespoon of aloe vera gel, extract oil from 8 vitamin E capsules and oil from 5 vitamin A capsules.
      2.      Mix all of them to form smooth paste or lotion store it in a bottle. Rub this mixture onto the affected skin for 30-40 minutes. Wash off with normal water.
3.      Follow this once a day. This is your ready to use homemade lotion to remove stretch marks.
4.      Store this bottle in the refrigerator. Shake well the bottle before use. Apply this lotion daily on the stretch marks.


13. Water

Keep your body well-hydrated. Drink 10-12 glasses of water each day. Hydrating the skin aids in keeping your skin free from numerous issues, including stretch marks. It is also advisable to reduce the intake of beverages like coffee, tea or soda as they can cause dehydration.



14. Vitamin E Oil

Mix few drops of Vitamin E oil with your regular moisturizer and apply it on the skin and stretch marks twice a day to reduce them.


15. Castor Oil

Castor oil is used to treat number of skin problems such as dark spots, wrinkles, pimples, age spots, fine lines, moles etc but it can also be used for fast removal of stretch marks.


Castor massage

Apply half teaspoon of castor oil onto the stretch marks.  Gently massage the affected area in circular motions for 10 minutes. After massaging, wrap the affected area with thin and clean cotton cloth. Now, apply some heat with the assistance of heating pad or hot water bottle. Resume the process for about half an hour daily for a month to get best results.



Castor with tea tree oil

Castor oil blended with rose hip seed oil, tea tree oil and vitamin E oil and applying it onto your stretch marks including warts, moles, dark spots and wrinkles for 30 minutes helps reduce them.



16. Make your own aloe moisturizer 

Mix 1 teaspoon of wheat germ oil, 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon fresh aloe Vera gel or juice. Apply this mixture before going to sleep, leave it overnight and rinse off in the morning with warm water. This is a best chemical free daily moisturizing lotion that you can apply to lighten your stretch marks.


17. Apricots

Take two-three apricots. Cut them and get rid of their seeds. Blend them to form a paste. Apply it directly on the stretch marks. Leave it for 30 minutes. Then, use lukewarm water to rinse it. Follow the process for one month and see the promising results.



18. Cucumber

Extract half cup fresh cucumber juice and directly apply on your stretch marks, wash it after 30-40 minutes. Follow this remedy 2-3 times a day to get rid of stretch marks completely. You can also add half teaspoon of turmeric in the juice.



19. Flaxseed / linseed oil

Applying mixture of equal amounts of olive oil and flaxseed oil is good for any type of scars. Adding flaxseed oil to yogurt, salads or shakes gives excellent results.
