20. Avocado

Prepare 2-3 tablespoon avocado paste and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to it. Apply this mixture onto your stretch marks for 30 minutes and remove it using warm water. Follow this remedy daily to lighten your stretch marks quick and naturally. This will not only heal the affected skin but also make it soft and flexible.


21. Orange Juice

Orange is rich in vitamin C and it works best for removing stretch marks quickly and lightens your skin tone. Mix pinch of turmeric and half teaspoon of olive oil to 2 tablespoon of fresh orange juice and rub this mixture over the stretch marks. Leave it for 30-35 minutes and rinse off with normal water. Repeat this twice a day for fast result.

Applying Vitamin K cream to stretch marks based on the skin type, their severity and activity level; you can observe the results in 1-2 weeks.


23. Carrier oil with lavender, almond

Mix half teaspoon of carrier oil with five drops of lavender oil and five drops of almond oil. Apply this mixture on your stretch marks for 30 minutes once a day. Wash it off with cold water.



24. Oat milk scrub

Make homemade natural scrub by crushing 3-5 tablespoon of oats in half cup of raw milk and half teaspoon of turmeric. Use this mixture to scrub your stretch mark skin area every day. This will reduce stretch marks and make your skin soft and flexible.


25. Jojoba with aloe

Add 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil with 2 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Apply this paste on affected skin for 20-30 minutes and wash off with cold water. Do this once or twice a day.

26. Protein rich food

Eat adequate amount of proteins. You can get it from egg whites, fish, tofu, salmon, yogurt, cheese, Soy milk, Beans, nuts, figs, apricot, almonds, cashews, peanuts, Pistachios, Guavas, Bananas, Apples, Blueberries, asparagus, Cauliflower, Broccoli, spinach, Brussels sprouts, sweet corn, coconut, seeds such as watermelon seeds, pumpkin, squash, Sunflower Seeds and Flaxseed etc.



27. Vitamin C rich food

Consume foods rich in Vitamin C and E to promote growth of skin tissues. Pineapple, oranges, peppers, papaya, mango, strawberries, black currants, guavas, grapefruits, kiwis, and apricot. 

Other sources are dark leafy greens, Indian gooseberries, broccoli, Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, parsley, mustard greens, fortified cereal, rosemary, tomatoes, red cabbage, dried basil, cantaloupe, coriander, cloves, saffron and cayenne pepper.

Spinach, swiss chard, nuts, kale, sesame seeds, olive oil, mustard greens, papaya, kiwi, avocados,  turnip greens, wheat, hazelnuts, parsley, margarine, pistachio, red chilli and paprika, lean meat, eggs, dairy products, sweet potatoes, corn, lettuce, yams, lily, cabbage and cod liver oil.
