5. Ginger with Moringa (Drumstick)
Moringa
leaves contain antioxidants that give you healthy hair, stops hair loss and
repairs damage hair and scalp. It is loaded with vitamins A, C, D, E, and K,
calcium, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium and iron.
Ingredients
Handful
of Moringa (drumstick) Leaves
Grated
Ginger – 1 tablespoon
2 cups
of water
Directions
Boil
grated ginger and Moringa (drumstick) leaves in 2 cups of water for 10-12
minutes. Strain the water and apply this warm water to hair and scalp for 30-40
minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water. Repeat this remedy twice a week.
6. Ginger with Basil, Coconut Oil,
Cucumber
Combination
of basil, ginger, coconut oil and cucumber gives you vitamin A, silica and
sulfur. Its antiseptic property stops hair fall and removes dandruff.
Ingredients
Grated
Ginger – 1 tablespoon
Coconut
Oil – 2-3 tablespoon
Basil
Oil or paste - 1 tablespoon
Cucumber
paste - 1 tablespoon
Directions
1. Heat
ginger paste in coconut oil for 3-5 minutes on slow flame
2. Then
add basil Oil or paste and cucumber paste to it.
3. Mix
all the ingredients well together.
4. Apply
this warm mixture to your scalp and hair in sections.
5. Leave
it on for 1 hour and rinse off properly.
6. Follow
this remedy twice a week.
