1. Ginger

      1.      Prepare ginger tea by adding 1-2 teaspoon of ginger paste and little honey to your regular or herbal tea. Drink this cup of ginger tea after having your lunch and dinner. It will stop symptoms associated with food poisoning including heartburn, indigestion and vomiting.

      2.      Second alternative is to mix 1-2 teaspoon of ginger paste with 1 tablespoon of honey and consume it after your meals. Follow this remedy 2-3 times a day to reduce inflammation, vomiting and stomach pain.

2. Lemon
