A study found that adults who sat for 10 to 11 hours or more a day had a 35% to 40% increased risk of dying in the next 3 years than those who sat for less than 4 hours a day. Too much sitting may increase your chances of getting a diseases or a condition that may kill you too early, even if you exercise.

Daily exercise, meditations are still essential, but it is also significant to avoid prolonged sitting.
