2. Brown poop

Brown poop means you are healthy. Yay!! Good job.

3. Yellow poop

Yellow poop indicates excess fat. You should reduce intake of greasy food and fried food.

4. Red or blood stained

Immediately see a doctor if your poop is red or blood stained. As discussed above it may be indication of internal bleeding.

5. Green poop

Green poop means that you are a very successful vegan. And you eat too much leafy green vegetables. But if this is not the case, it means that food is passing very quickly through intestines and the enzymes are not able to break down the food you ate.

6. Light color, white or clay color

Light- colored, white or clay- colored means some bile or liver related problem. This is also an early sign of jaundice. It can also mean that you are taking some meds. Still be sure to consult a doctor.

We keep making all those poop jokes, but for real, these signs can turn out to be a life saver for you. Be sure to keep all these things in mind and do not ignore them. A thumb rule for healthy poop is to consume lots of water and fibre and that’s it. You will ensure your own good health.
