10. Olive anti-aging
mask
One of the greatest benefits of pure
olive oil is that it is easily absorbed by your skin. It is a rich source of
vitamin E and antioxidants; it prevents the age spots, appearance of wrinkles,
and other signs of aging by repairing the damage caused by oxidative stress and
free radicals.
Take 2 tablespoon of oatmeal, 1
teaspoon of buttermilk, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of almond
paste. Make affine paste & apply on your face & neck for 20 minutes,
wash with lukewarm water. If your skin is too oily then use 1 teaspoon of lemon
juice in it or you can avoid buttermilk in it. Apply honey as a moisturizer for
10 minutes.
11. Honey and rose
water
Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 1 tablespoon
of rose water, apply daily for 20 minutes, and wash with lukewarm water. If
your skin is oily, then add 1 tablespoon of tomato juice/pulp or fresh lime
juice in it. This mask reduces wrinkles and brings glow on your face.
12. Olive oil

1.
Add 1 teaspoon of
olive oil in 1 tablespoon of almond paste. Massage your face in circular &
upward movement for 10-15 minutes; wash it off with normal/lukewarm water. Do
this 4 times in a week for better result.

Mix 1 teaspoon of
olive oil with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and apply it on your face and neck for
15 to 25 minutes and rinse with normal or lukewarm water. Olive oil moisturizes
our skin and lemon juice reduces dark spots & brightens skin.
13. Egg, honey and
olive oil
Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with one
egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of turmeric and 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice. Make a
fine mixture/paste of it. Gently massage your face with less than half of this
mixture for 10 minutes & apply remaining mixture as a face mask after
massage. Leave it for 20 minutes; wash off with lukewarm/normal water. Don’t
forget to moisturize your skin.
14. Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is outstanding anti aging
herb, which removes your wrinkles and reduces black spots, under eye dark
circles. Aloe Vera moisturizes our gentle skin without giving it a oily
feel, so it`s perfect for everyone with fry & oily skin complexion. Aloe
vera acts as natural moisturizer and efficient to prevent skin drying. Aloe
vera gel or juice can be used as antiseptic aftershave because it has healing
properties that can treat small cuts & rashes caused by shaving.
1.
Apply 1 tablespoon of
fresh aloe Vera pulp/juice with 1 tablespoon of honey and lime juice for 15-20
minutes daily. Wash with lukewarm/normal water. This aloe mask lightens the
skin and wash out impurities which blocks the pores.

Rubbing fresh aloe
Vera peels over the face regularly reduces the black spots, acne and pimples in
few days. Additionally, aloe Vera tightens our facial skin.
15. Avocado for dull, loose skin
Avocado has lot of essential natural
oils which nourishes our skin in our ages when our skin becomes dull, dry and
loose. It also prevents wrinkle.
1.
Grind some avocado
pieces in grinder to make 2 tablespoon paste of it, then add 1 teaspoon of
honey and 1 teaspoon of lime or orange or tomato juice/pulp in it. Make a fine
paste and apply on your face & neck for 20-30 minutes. Wash with
normal/lukewarm water. Do this 3-4 times in a week.

Massage your skin
regularly with fresh avocado slices or pulp for 10-15 minutes in circular &
upward movements.
Last but not least
1. Water
Drink at least 10 glass of water every
day. Drink 2 glass of fresh fruits juice daily; add 1 tablespoon of raw honey,
2 tablespoon of fresh lime juice and few mint leaves in your juices.
2. Diet
Add fresh fruits and vegetables
especially leafy vegetables in your regular diet. Add tomatoes, cucumber,
carrots, mint leaves and raw cabbage in your salad. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of
honey on your salad.
3. Stress
Avoid fast food, oily & junk food,
also avoid smoking and alcohol. Don’t take stress, avoid depression and control
your anger. Do some meditations like yoga practices to reduce your stress &
depression.
4. Exercise &
meditation
Give 30-45 minutes daily for exercise,
yoga, brisk walking, aerobics or stretching practices. Take proper and enough
sleep daily.
