14. Carom Seeds

Crush 1 tablespoon of carom seeds and mix it with pinch of salt and pinch of turmeric powder. Chew this mixture and swallow it for fast relief from flatulence.


15. Cinnamon Tea

Mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in cup of water and boil it for 5 minutes. Then add 1 teaspoon of honey in this lukewarm water and drink it as a tea. You can add teaspoon of cinnamon in your regular or herbal tea. Repeat this 2-3 times a day to get rid of abdominal pain. It works effectively in curing stomach ache.


16. Apply Hot Water Bottle

Menstrual cramps can be relieved by placing a bearable hot water bottle on the stomach. You can wrap the bottle in a towel if it is very hot.



17. Asafoetida (Heeng)

Asafoetida (Heeng) gives a quick relief from stomach ache. Simply mix 1 teaspoon of Asafoetida in 1 ½ cup of milk and boil it for 5 minutes. Then add 1 tablespoon honey and/or pinch of black pepper powder. Drink this mixture once or twice a day.

Ingredients

Dry mint 1 tablespoon
Parsley 1 tablespoon
Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
Roasted cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Asafetida 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Rock salt ½ teaspoon

Directions

Grind all these ingredients to prepare a fine paste. Consume 1 teaspoon of this mixture 2-3 times a day before taking heavy meals, along with glass of warm water. Store the remaining mixture in refrigerator.




19. Rosemary Oil

Add 1-2 tablespoon of rosemary oil to a hot bath water and take a warm bath from this water. It gives a soothing relief from abdominal pain and also relaxes your body.


20. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera juice works effectively in order to treat conditions like constipation, bloating, diarrhea, which triggers stomach ache. Simply mix 1 tablespoon of fresh aloe vera gel/juice with little honey or lemon juice and consume it twice a day.
