22. Walnut leaves
Take handful of walnut leaves, crush
them and boil them in 2 cup of water, until the half water reduced. Strain the
water and apply on infected area for 30 minutes, then wash it off with normal
or warm water. Do this twice a day for best result.
23. Coriander leaves
Soak handful of fresh coriander leaves
in glass of water for overnight. In the morning grind the leaves in same water.
Strain the water and drink on an empty stomach to heal yeast infections
quickly.
24. Garlic & Sesame Oil
Take a garlic clove, crush it and mix it
with 1-2 tablespoon of sesame oil. First, apply some raw honey on the affected
area, and then, apply this mixture. Cover it with a sterile bandage or clean
cotton cloth, and leave it for about 4-5 hours. Rinse off with cool water.

Prevent future yeast infections
The finest way to cut your risk of
getting a yeast infection in future is to avoid things that promote and

Keep vaginal and
penis area clean, fresh and dry. After bath, dry those areas completely.

Remove wet
clothes, swimsuits and exercise clothes as soon as possible.
3.
Avoid
stress and depression, as it increases the white discharge.
4.
Do not wear tight
undergarments and clothes made from synthetic fibers and nylon. Always wear

Spend very
limited time in hot tubs and avoid very hot bath.
