10. Aloe Vera
Rub 2 tablespoon aloe vera gel directly
on the affected skin area for 20-30 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm
water. Then apply few drops of olive oil to moisturize your skin. Do this once
a day.
11. Alfalfa Leaves
Alfalfa leaves consists of amino acids,
which are powerful for keeping up proper health of the skin. It is enriched
with vitamin E, K, and proteins, which help in improving body tone. Take some
alfalfa powder and mix it with a few drops of chamomile oil to form a paste.
Use this paste and gently rub it on the affected area thrice a day.
12. Homemade stretch marks

of aloe vera gel, extract oil from 8 vitamin E capsules and oil from 5 vitamin

13. Water
Keep your body well-hydrated. Drink
10-12 glasses of water each day. Hydrating the skin aids in keeping your skin
free from numerous issues, including stretch marks. It is also advisable to
reduce the intake of beverages like coffee, tea or soda as they can cause
dehydration.
14. Vitamin E Oil
Mix few drops of Vitamin E oil with your
regular moisturizer and apply it on the skin and stretch marks twice a day to
reduce them.

Castor oil is used to treat number of

Castor massage
Apply half teaspoon of castor oil onto
the stretch marks. Gently massage the affected area in circular motions
for 10 minutes. After massaging, wrap the affected area with thin and clean

Castor with tea tree oil
Castor oil blended with rose hip seed

16. Make your own aloe

Mix 1 teaspoon of wheat germ oil, 1
teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon fresh aloe Vera gel or
juice. Apply this mixture before going to sleep, leave it overnight and rinse
off in the morning with warm water. This is a best chemical free daily
moisturizing lotion that you can apply to lighten your stretch marks.
17. Apricots
Take two-three apricots. Cut them and
get rid of their seeds. Blend them to form a paste. Apply it directly on the
stretch marks. Leave it for 30 minutes. Then, use lukewarm water to rinse it.
Follow the process for one month and see the promising results.
18. Cucumber
Extract half cup fresh cucumber juice
and directly apply on your stretch marks, wash it after 30-40 minutes. Follow

also add half teaspoon of turmeric in the juice.

Applying mixture of equal amounts of
olive oil and flaxseed oil is good for any type of scars. Adding flaxseed oil
