3 Carrots

Preparation
1.
Wash carrots, apples
and spinach thoroughly, being careful to wash out all dirt from the spinach and
carrots.

Cut the ends of the
carrots and peel them if you want, but a skin of the carrots provides the most
nutritional benefit.
3.
Cut the spinach into
small size and start juicing in blender or juicer.
4.
Take this juice in
the glass, Make one large glass and add 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice &
honey.
5.
Drink the juice right

How to make ideal carrot juice- cut 2-4
carrots and blend them with 2 teaspoon ginger paste or pieces, 10-12 fresh mint

honey. And add water as required.
The tops of carrots must be removed
before storing them in the refrigerator. Tops of the carrots will drain the

ingredients in blender or juicer to make mixed juice.

tablespoon of honey and half teaspoon of black pepper in it.

You can add some ice
cubes if desired.
