10 Anti aging, skin tightening face packs. Reduce Wrinkles & Fine Lines naturally
Wrinkles & age lines are those fine
lines which increase with aging. There are many factors which cause wrinkles on
your skin but age is one of the main reason of lose skin & wrinkles. Eye
bags and sagging skin are part of the wrinkles which makes you look older than
your age. Wrinkle appears mostly on our face and around neck.
There are so many easy homemade face
packs that you can try to treat early signs of aging and wrinkles.
1. Cabbage - Tightens
the skin
Cabbage is rich source of vitamins A,
B, C and K, these vitamins plays vital role in our skin nourishment. This
cabbage face lift mask will tighten your loose facial skin. It also reduces
dark spots & wrinkles.
1. Take 1 small bowl fresh chopped
cabbage, 1 tablespoon of gram flour & 1 egg white. Grind them all in
mixture grinder and make a fine paste, you can add 1 teaspoon of honey and
lemon juice or glycerin. Apply this paste on your skin for20-30 minutes 3-4
times in a week to tighten your skin in few days. Wash off with lukewarm water.
2. Olive oil with
cabbage
Make 1 tablespoon cabbage paste and mix
it with half teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon or tomato juice. Mix
all these ingredients to form smooth paste. Apply this paste on the skin, leave
it for 30 minutes and wash off with normal water. Repeat this 3-5 times a week.
3. Coconut milk
Grate some coconut and squeeze milk
from it. Add 1 teaspoon of virgin olive oil/almond oil and 1 tablespoon smashed
ripe banana in 2-3 tablespoon of coconut milk, also add 1 teaspoon of honey.
Make a fine paste and apply for 20-30 minutes, do this daily for tightening and
lightening dull, loose skin. Wash with lukewarm/normal water.
4. Coconut water with
besan
Mix 1 tablespoon besn.grm flour with 2
tablespoon of coconut water or coconut milk, also add 4-5 drops of glycerin in
it. Apply this mixture on your skin for 20-30 minutes and rinse off with
lukewarm or normal water. Follow this remedy 3-5 times a week for tight and
wrinkle free skin.
5. Seaweed, Egg white,
Orange & Honey
Ingredients
1 Egg white
2 tablespoon Kelp (seaweed) powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon or orange
juice
1 tablespoon dark organic Honey
Method
Mix 2 tablespoon kelp (seaweed) powder
with 1 Egg white, fresh lemon or orange juice or tomato juice and dark organic
honey in small bowl. Mix all these ingredients properly to form smooth paste.
Apply this paste on your clean skin & wash it off with normal water after
20-30 minutes finally apply honey (for10 minutes) or any other mild
moisturizer. Do this 3-4 times a week to reduce wrinkles & dark eye
circles.
6. Banana with curd
Try this banana face lifting mask, this
surely works, take half banana & mashed it. Mix this banana paste with 2
tablespoon of curd (skip the watery part of curd), mix well to a form
consistent paste and apply it on your face for 20-30 minutes, washing it off
with normal water.
7. Cucumber, curd for
tight & light skin
Cucumber helps to lighten the dark
circles under the eyes and reduce puffiness; it also has soothing qualities
that keeps your skin healthy. On the other hand, curd contains lactic acid
which helps to exfoliate the dead skin cells and this helps to rejuvenate the
skin naturally.
1. Mix half cup curd with two
tablespoon of fresh cucumber paste, apply this mixture to your facial skin,
neck & elbows. Rinse it off with lukewarm water after 20-30 minutes. Follow
this remedy once a day for 2-3 weeks to make your saggy skin tight & well
moisture.
8. Cucumber with
turmeric
Prepare 1 tablespoon fresh paste of
cucumber and add half teaspoon of turmeric powder & 1 teaspoon of honey.
Mix them well and apply it over the skin for 30 minutes. Wash it off with
normal water. Do this once a day for 2-3 weeks for tight & light skin.
9. Multani mitti with Cucumber
Take 1 tablespoon of multani mitti and
mix it with 2-3 tablespoon of cucumber juice (not paste). Prepare smooth &
consistent paste. Apply it on your face for 20-30 minutes, and then rinse it
off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy 3-4 times a week for smooth,
spotless and glowing skin.
10. Avocado, milk,
carrot anti aging mask
Avocado is rich source of vitamin E
whereas carrot is loaded with beta-carotene and antioxidants; raw milk contains
protein and lactic acid. This anti aging face mask helps you rebuild skin
collagen, improves your skin tone and texture, and reduces age spots &
wrinkles in few weeks.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon carrot juice or paste
1 tablespoon fresh Avocado juice or
paste
1 tablespoons raw milk
1 tablespoon Honey
Method
Prepare 1 tablespoon of avocado and
carrot paste and mix them with honey & raw milk. Make smooth paste and
apply it over your skin for 30 minutes. Wash it off with normal water and pat
your skin dry with a clean & soft towel. Finally tone and apply a light
moisturizer. Avocado can nourish your cracked skin and reduce dark eye circles.
Follow this 3-4 times a week.
