1. Basil
Basil has antiviral and
anti-inflammatory properties. Its healing properties and soothing qualities

Boil ten basil leaves in a glass of water. Mix in four crushed peppercorns
to it. Boil it till only about half a glass of water is remaining in the pan.
Strain the mixture and combine some sugar with it. Drink it hot thrice a day.

minutes. Strain and add the juice from one lemon to this mixture. If needed,
