You Can’t Believe It! Reduce High Fever with Eggs in Minutes!



Egg remedy will reduce high temperature within minutes! Eggs can draw the fever and infection out of your body. You can apply these egg remedies in a couple of different ways.

1. Egg Whites

Soak cloths or handkerchiefs in egg whites obtained from 2-3 eggs and put on this cloth on soles of the feet. Cover your feet with pair of socks. Replace the cloth and socks when they dry out. Fever will be definitely fall down within 30-60 minutes. The egg white will immediately bring down the body temperature from the brain (where fever is dangerous) to the feet (where fever is not so dangerous).  

If you cannot use egg white, then you can use onion slices or potato slices with apple cider vinegar or white vinegar. This remedy is miraculous and very effective in treating fevers and burns.


2. Hard-boiled Eggs

1.      Boil 3 eggs and 2 tablespoon of salt in water for 15-20 minutes.
2.      Let these eggs stay in the same hot water so that they will not cool down because we need hot eggs.
3.      Take one of these eggs and peel off the shell. You can wear gloves to peel it off.
4.      Wrap the egg into a clean piece of cloth or handkerchief.
5.      And directly rub it firmly on chest until it becomes cool.
6.      Now peel off the shell of another egg and also wrap it in handkerchief.
7.      Rub this second egg over the back until it gets cool.
8.      Now wrap the third egg in handkerchief and rub it on hands and legs.
9.      Follow this procedure twice a day to reduce fever and its symptoms.


Is it safe to eat cooked eggs when you have a fever?

Egg white contains 12-15% protein, and very small amount of fat. Raw egg white is not easily digestible, as it contains several proteins like ovalbumin, ovomucoid and avidin which block the digestion of egg’s nutrients, particularly biotin, and the egg yolk is a rich source of biotin. Eating cooked or boiled egg white reduces the blocking process of the above proteins and makes it easily digestible.

But egg yolk can be eaten raw, as it contains nutrients such as vitamins, biotin and enzymes that may destroyed by heat.

Bottom Line

Eating easily digestible foods such as egg is always fine, as it will keep your energy and strength store up. However fluid level in the body is most important to maintain and to avoid dehydration.
