Cinnamon-Clove Homemade Mouthwash for Fresh Breath, Cavities & Toothache
This homemade
mouthwash recipe is very easy to make. Moreover, it contains no alcohol, but
you need to refrigerate this mouthwash. You can use it for 25 days or you can
make it in small quantity for 1-2 weeks.
Why Cinna-clove?
Combination
of cinnamon and clove thoroughly cleanses the teeth and purifies the breath. It
also helps prevents cavities. Cinnamon
has, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant
properties. And clove has antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial properties and
an incredible antioxidant. Clove is approved by many Dental societies for use
as a dental anesthetic. Additionally clove is great for killing
Candida.
What we need?

teaspoon cloves
2
teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup
water
10
drops tea tree oil
Or spearmint
essential oil
Preparation
1.
Put
all ingredients except 10 drops tea tree oil or spearmint essential oil in a dry
pan and boil it on slow flame.
2.
After
10-12 minutes remove it from heat and let steep for 15-20 minutes.

Strain
this combination thoroughly and store in a glass container and refrigerate.

Straining
2-3 times will give you a liquid with no deposit left.

You
can use clean cloth or cheesecloth to strain the mixture

And
now your homemade mouthwash is ready to use,

Before
using shake bottle well and swish for about 20-30 seconds and spit it out. Do
this 2-3 times and have a fresh breath.
Note - This
cinnamon-clove mouthwash is not so strong but you can start using it by adding
some cold water.
