Garlic Juice magic

Grate some garlic bulbs and collect 2 tablespoon juice, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or olive oil or almond oil to it and simply apply this mixture to region where you have noticed hair loss. Leave this application for about 2-3 hours. Wash it off using herbal or mild shampoo.

Note: You can use coconut milk and buttermilk alternatively instead of oils.

Remember

Over usage of garlic juice to hair can cause aridness of hair and scalp. So repeat this 2-3 times in first week, twice in second & third week, once in fourth week and continue it for next 5-6 weeks and see the result and emergence of new hair.

Dark/brown spots, under eye dark circles and acne scars are one of the most common skin problems that appear in the all age groups especially in the teenagers and middle age group. Buttermilk

Buttermilk contains lactic acid (alpha hydroxyl acid) which is exceptionally advantageous to the skin nourishment and it removes dead skin, excess oil and dirt. Once the top layer of the skin is bleached, the skin appears brighter. You can use buttermilk to lighten your dark/brown spots. 

1. Apply buttermilk directly

Apply buttermilk directly on the affected areas for 20 minutes, before washing off, massage the affected area with applied buttermilk and then wash with lukewarm water. Within few weeks dark spots, scars will start to fade.


2. Buttermilk with lemon juice

If your skin is oily, then add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice in buttermilk and apply for 15 minutes, wash off with lemon water or lukewarm water. Use honey as moisturizer after wards. 



3. Buttermilk with tomato juice

Mix 1 tablespoon of buttermilk with 2 tablespoon of fresh tomato juice or pulp. Apply on affected areas for 20-30 minutes, rinse off with normal or lukewarm water. This will reduce the dark spots and scars.


Yogurt

Yogurt is very effective and easy way to lighten dark/brown spots naturally.

1. Yogurt, besan, lemon

Prepare fine paste of 2 tablespoon organic of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of besan or multani mitti. Apply this mixture on your face for 20-30 minutes and wash off. 



2. Yogurt with orange peels

Mix 1 tablespoon of dried powdered of orange peels with 2 tablespoon of yogurt, apply for 20-30 minutes and rinse off.


3. Yogurt, tomato juice, honey

For faster result, apply mixture of yogurt with 1 teaspoon of tomato juice and 1 teaspoon of honey on the affected area and under eyes area before going to bed and leave it overnight, in the morning wash it off with cold water.


4. Yogurt with lemon juice

Take 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt, add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice in it and apply it directly onto dark spots or age spots and leave it to dry for 20-30 minutes. Rinse it off with normal water.



5. Yogurt with oatmeal

Make smooth paste of one tablespoon of plain yogurt, two tablespoon of ground oatmeal, also add one teaspoon of fresh lemon juice in it. Apply this mixture for 20 minutes, and rinse off. After this apply 1 teaspoon of honey or other natural moisturizer for 10 minutes. Follow this remedy every day for 5-6 weeks to get lightening results. 



6. Yogurt with mint

Mix 2 tablespoon of yogurt with 1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves paste and 1 tablespoon of rose water. Apply this paste on the skin for 20-30 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water. You can apply some homemade moisturizers thereafter. Repeat this once a day or 3 times a week for fast result.


Onion Juice

Onion has strong acidic and bleaching properties which helps the dark and brown spots to lighten in few days.

1. Rub onion slices

Take some slice of onion and gently rub them over the skin for 5-6 minutes, rub it in circular and upward direction. Do this once or twice a day or 3-4 times a week to get rid of dark/brown spots and acne scars, dark skin round neck.


2. Onion juice with honey

Mix 1 tablespoon of fresh onion juice with 1 tablespoons of honey, mix well and apply it over the affected area for 15-20 minutes. Follow this remedy 3-4 times a week.


3. Onion juice with Multani mitti

Take 1-2 tablespoon of multani mitti or besan (gram flour) and add 1 tablespoon of fresh onion juice and 1 tablespoon of rose water. Mix all these ingredients properly to make smooth paste. Apply this paste on the skin for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with normal water. Repeat this 3-4 times a week.


4. Onion juice with oatmeal

Make smooth paste of 1 ½ tablespoon fresh onion juice and 1 tablespoon of ground oatmeal. Apply this mixture for 15 minutes, and rinse off with normal water. Follow this remedy 3-4 times a week for 5-6 weeks to get lightening results. 


Red Currants

1. Red currants with honey

Mix ¼ cup of crushed unripe red currants with one tablespoon of raw honey, make smooth paste of it. Apply this paste on affected area and leave it on for 30 minutes, and rinse it off with normal or lukewarm water. You can also add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice in it for better effect. 


2. Red currants with basil or mint

Crush some red currants and squeeze 2 tablespoon juice of it. Add 1 tablespoon of fresh basil or mint juice, 1 teaspoon of fresh tomato or lemon or orange juice in this red currant juice, mix well and apply this mixture for 30 minutes, wash with normal water.

Then blend it including water and adding ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds to make juice, you can add more water if required. Take this juice in glass, add lemon juice and drink it daily morning.
