Directions

Cut cabbage, apples and ginger in small pieces and boil then together in 1 ½ cup of water for 4-5 minutes. Then blend it including water and adding ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds to make juice, you can add more water if required. Take this juice in glass, add lemon juice and drink it daily morning. You can refrigerate this juice for having cool punch. Enjoy it!
