Ingredients you need
Fresh lemon juice- 3-4 tablespoon
Or apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoon
Ginger paste - ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - ½ teaspoon
Nutmeg powder - ¼ teaspoon
Unsweetened and Pure cranberry or
pineapple juice - 1 cup
Clean/purified water- 6 cups
Fresh orange juice- 1 cup
Directions:
Add ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg to 6
cups of water and boil it for 20 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring after
regular intervals to mix the ingredients completely. After 20-30 minutes. Let
it cool down to normal room temperature and add unsweetened pure cranberry or
pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice and fresh orange juice to this mixed water.
You can add some ice cubes and 1 tablespoon of honey to improve the taste and
enjoy it.
Note: You can try this
drink 4-5 times a week or daily to treat Hypothyroidism.
