seconds, increase your walking speed. You should continue with brisk walking by
the end of 60 seconds. Thereafter, start jogging at a relatively slow speed.
This would prevent you from burning out rapidly. You would be able to jog for a
longer distance easily. This in turn would make you feel fitter and healthier.

Breathing properly is the most important aspect of correct
jogging. Since breathing helps in pumping sufficient oxygen to your cells, you
should breathe rhythmically. While counting your steps, you should breathe in
and breathe out. You should inhale (breathe in) through your nose and exhale
(breath out) with force through your mouth. You should follow this
inhale-and-exhale process especially when you are tired and wish to stop jogging.
