your lips and hands as they are more prone
to dryness and the rough surface so be certain that you are

1. Never brush or rub your lips with your teeth or fingers, apply
a natural exfoliator by mixing a few drops of Argan Pure cold pressed oil with
one tablespoon of brown sugar for smoothening

4. During winter, a lip care routine

1. Wear rubber gloves for your washing to protect your hands.
Always apply a good moisturizer or a hand cream post washing hands to retain
moisture.
2. Don’t forget to massage your hands at night with a good
nourishing cream and don’t forget to massage your nails and skin around your
nails.
3. Before bath, apply oil and massage into your skin. It will help
in making your hands soft and
supple.
4. Remember to apply cream immediately after the bath. Because your skin will be damp at that
time and applying moisturizer soon after you take the bath helps lock moisture
in your skin.
5. For winters try soaps
with glycerin or shower gels.
6. Prepare a mixture with 1 tablespoon avocado oil, 1 tablespoon
honey and 1 tablespoon yoghurt and massage your hands with this mix. Wash it off
after 10 minutes to reduce dryness in
your hands.

7. Break the lip-licking cycle:
With the onset of winters, lips get very dry. People have a belief that licking their lips
will help from dryness. But this have a reverse effect on the lips; saliva
makes the lips drier. Remember to keep your body always hydrated by drinking
ample amounts of water; this will help in keeping both your body and lips
hydrated.
8. Make lip balm a must: Pick lip balms with nourishing and healing
properties with ingredients such as organic ghee, almond oil and coconut oil
that is highly moisturising and help protect the lips.
9. Lipstick: Lipsticks is an easy solution and a
great protection against cold weather and help prevent chapping. Choose
lipsticks colours like pink and plum to have fun during winters. The best
choice is to opt for lipsticks that not only add a pop of colour to your skin
but also moistures the lips. Stuff like

winters.

10. Hand cream: Use
of hand cream regularly will help protect
the hands from dryness, irritation and cracking. Keep your skin nourished and
soft with ingredients like kokum butter, organic honey, aloe vera, turmeric,
sesame oil. Apricot oil has the ultra-moisturising ability.
11. Sun protection cream: Use
of sunscreen cream in winter is not considered as important as in summers. But
you have to protect yourself from sunscreen. It is mandatory to protect our
skin from the harsh sun rays, which can make them drier and look hydrated. Use
