Everyone wishes to lose weight and look good and stunning on the wedding day. You may have only a few days left before the special day. Here are some tips to help you make your dreams come true before the wedding day.

1. Eat Salad, before your meal,

You should fill yourself up with foods enriched in high fibre and water. This would prevent you from overeating or consuming a high calorie diet. You can eat your salad at least 45-60 minutes before you eat your regular big meal. This ensures you would not feel hungry when you go to eat your lunch and/or dinner. Add cucumber, cabbage, Celery, lettuce, iceberg, asparagus, grapefruit, etc. to your salad.

2.  Have some Green tea

Green tea has proved to help you in weight loss. Green tea enhances your metabolic rates within the body. As a result, you burn more fats causing decrement in your Body Mass Index (BMI).

3.  Keep your Stomach half-full

While eating any meal, you should keep your stomach half-full preventing from bingeing. You can simply consume a few pieces of fruits every 20-30 minutes between your main meals. After cutting the pieces of fruits, you can store them in any Tiffin-box. Set an alarm for reminding you to eat these cut fruits. This would ensure that your stomach is never completely empty.

4. Eat slowly

After eating, the food reaches your stomach. It takes at least 20 minutes before your brain gets the signal from the stomach. Only then, the message of the food reaching to the stomach gets registered. Thereafter, you start feeling full due to consuming the meal. If you are habituated in rapid consumption, then you tend to eat more in every morsel.

5. Do not indulge in any second helpings

Always take as much as you want in the first and one chance. Ensure you add servings of carbohydrates, meat and vegetables on your first serving.

6. Include Olive oil in your diet

Extra virgin olive oil is known to be one of the mono-saturated fats. Research studies proved that Extra virgin oils when added to your diet helps in burning calories.

7. Measure Oil carefully

Adding oils including the healthy varieties contain several calories. Hence, you should measure their calorie amounts while eating foods with oils.

8. Be aware of your hunger cues

You should be sensitive to your hunger cues and eat only when you are very hungry. Also, you should stop eating when you feel you are 80% full.
