8. Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper is well known as fat-burning food. It helps reduce accumulated fat on/around hips and thighs, thus tighten and tone them up. It also boosts metabolism and eliminates harmful toxins from the body.

Simply mix fresh juice of 1 lemon and half teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder and 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger to a glass of warm water. Mix all the ingredients properly and drink it twice a day for few weeks. Also add cayenne pepper in your regular cooking.

10. Celtic Sea Salt

Sea salt helps tone and tightens the skin area around hips and thighs. Simply use Celtic sea salt instead of your regular table salt. Celtic sea salt is packed with minerals and helps reduce surplus body fat, promotes easy digestion and keeps body hydrated.

You can also try a detox bath at home with Celtic sea salt or sea salt. Mix 2 cups of sea salt and 8-10 drops of any essential oil in a tub of warm water. Mix it thoroughly. Soak your body it this warm water for 10-20 minutes. Repeat this 3 times a week.

2.  Drink 8-10 glasses of filtered water throughout the day.

3.  Add higher water content fruits and vegetables such as cucumber, melons, oranges, grapefruits, pears, lettuce, leafy green vegetables, zucchini, radish, celery etc.

4.  Avoid excessive amount of coffee and alcohol that can dehydrate your body.

12. Dietary Changes

Healthy and balanced diet is a key factor in weight loss management and maintaining a fit and toned body, as well as thighs and hips.

1.  Consume low-calorie foods. Limit your daily calories intake between 1,200-1,500 calories, for men 1,500-1,800 calories.

3.  You can also try green tea twice a day as; it contains strong antioxidants that promote weight loss.

4.  Excess carbohydrates in one of the reason for fat or weight gain. So follow low-carbohydrate diet.
