Olive Oil and Nuts

Milk shouldn’t be combined with any other food

Milk is a concentrated and complete food in itself. Milk requires full digestive strength and process of its own kind. Milk has completely different proteins than other concentrated proteins such as meat, chicken, eggs and nuts. Milk doesn’t digest in the stomach but in duodenum therefore in the presence of milk, our stomach does not react with its secretion. Being liquid, milk cannot go efficiently with any other food. Moreover, milk prevents insalivation (to mix with saliva, as food), creating troubles for digestion of starchy foods.

Don’t eat Fruit after a meal

Fruits does not combine well with other foods, because, they contains simple sugar which require no digestion, hence, fruits will not stay for a long period in the stomach. And eating fruit after meal, keeps fruit sugar for too long in our stomach and ferment.
