Reduce Cellulite Fat Deposits Quickly and Naturally in Thighs, Stomach, Hips - 3

13. Seaweed

Seaweed is a great natural exfoliating agent, which re-mineralize our skin. Seaweed also stimulates blood circulation, revitalizes the skin by removing dead skin cell. It detoxifies the body system by flushing out harmful toxins and unnecessary fat from the body, reduces the appearance of cellulite around the thighs, stomach, legs, hips and buttock area.

      1.      Mix 3 tablespoons of ground seaweed with 2 tablespoon of salt and 3-5 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, heat the mixture for 1-2 minute and massage/rub the affected areas for 5-10 minutes with this warm mixture and rinse off with lukewarm water after 30 minutes. Do this before going to bath.

Soak Up the Seaweed

1.      Bath is a great way to detoxify the body, because our skin is like a sponge absorbing up whatever it comes into contact with. It is one of the body's main methods of flushing out toxins

2.      Add 4-5 sheets of seaweed in bath tub filled with lukewarm water. Soak for at least 25-30 minutes in lukewarm water, do this before going to bed. Repeat this 2-3 times a week.

14. Essential Fatty acids (Omega-3 & 6)

1.      Consuming adequate amount of Omega-3 fatty acids fat soluble vitamins reduces cellulite over time. Consumption of these fatty acids improves blood circulation and reduces appearance of cellulite. 

2.      Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids reduce craving and inflammation, it also renovates and strengthens the broken skin tissues, and thus it reduces the build-up of dangerous toxins in blood vessels and improves blood circulation easily.

3.      Tuna, salmon and oysters are rich sources of antioxidants, which break down fat cells in cellulite.

Rich sources of Essential fatty acids

1.      Top rich sources of omega-3 include tuna, olive oils, halibut, salmon, oysters, sardines, mackerel, canola, flaxseed, oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and almonds.

2.     Rich Source of omega-6 fatty acids includes safflower, sunflower oil, soy beans, Whole grain foods and Dark green leafy vegetables such as broccoli and spinach.

15. Exercise & yoga

Do some fat burning physical workouts which targets mostly on the thighs, stomach, hips, legs and buttocks areas. Do yoga and breathing exercises daily as yoga provides the best and natural healing for cellulite problems. Manage your diet and keep your body weight under control to prevent cellulite, diabetes, high blood pressure/hypertension, heart disease etc.

16. Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper is well known as fat burning food. And it has potential to naturally heat up the body, it increases our blood circulation and improves metabolism. It removes dead skin cells and replaces them with healthy cells. Regular consumption of cayenne pepper eliminates toxins and excessive body fat, thus it reduces the appearance of cellulite in the thighs, stomach and hips.

      1.      Mix 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper with cup of coffee grounds and ½ cup of moisturizing olive oil, mix them well and heat for 1 minute. Apply the mixture on affected areas and rub/massage for 5-10 minutes, then leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse it off with water.

      2.      Mix 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper with 2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and cup of warm water. Consume this concoction once or twice a day for few weeks to notice considerable reduction in the appearance of cellulite.

      3.      Take 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder and add it in 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger paste/juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix them properly and consume the mixture. Repeat this twice a day to remove cellulite rapidly.

18. Drink Water

Intake of sufficient water reduces cellulite around thigh, stomach, leg, hips and buttock areas. Drink 8-12 glasses of clean water every day to flush out the dangerous toxins, impurities and unnecessary fat, which cause cellulite buildup in the specific area of body. Adequate amount of water keeps our body well hydrated and gives you healthy skin.

1.      Mix 2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice in glass of warm water, and add 1 tablespoon of honey to it. Drink this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach to flush out the toxins, impurities and fat from your body. Consume this within 10-15 minutes when you wake up in the morning. Do this daily for best result.

2.      About 20-30% of our daily liquid intake comes from the foods we eat. So add watery food in your regular diet.  

Following foods are particularly high in water

watermelon, cabbage, spinach, lettuce, celery, squash (cooked), broccoli (cooked), oranges, yogurt, pineapple, carrots, grapes, salmon, chicken breast, apples, fat-free milk, strawberries, pears, avocados, bananas, corn (cooked), cantaloupe, legumes, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, potato (baked), shrimp etc.

Remember - Do not eat too much pumpkin, as it promotes the formation of cellulite in the body.
