7. Lemon juice
Drink glass of fresh lemon juice mixed
with regular salt in the morning, evening and before going to bed to get relief
from pain associated with cervical spondylosis.

9. Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne pepper contains capsaicin, which

1. Mix 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
powder with 2 tablespoons of lukewarm olive oil. Apply this mixture on the
affected area. Cover the application with piece of cloth and leave it on for a
2 hours or overnight. Follow this once a day.
2. Or add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
powder to a glass of warm milk or cup of tea and drink it 2 or3 times a day. It
is recommended to drink it before breakfast and dinner.

Apple cider vinegar can effectively soothe
pain and inflammation in the body as it has anti-inflammatory and alkalizing
properties. So apple cider vinegar is very effective in curing cervical
spondylosis.
1. Soak a paper towel in apple cider
vinegar and place over the affected area for few hours. Repeat this 2-3 times a
day.
2. Or add 2-3 cups of apple cider
vinegar to lukewarm bath water. Soak in it for 15 minutes. Do this once daily.
3. Mix a tablespoon of organic apple
cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon honey to a glass of warm water and drink it.
Repeat this once or twice a day.

Ginger is an effective home remedy to
cure cervical spondylosis. It has an anti-inflammatory property which improves
blood circulation; hence, it can reduce pain and inflammation in the body.
1. Prepare fine powder of 1-2 tablespoon
of dried ginger root, 1 tablespoon celery seeds, and 1 tablespoon cumin seeds.
You can add pinch of rock salt to improve taste. Consume one teaspoon of this
mixture with water before going to bed.

1. Lie on your abdomen folding hands
behind your back and raise your head gradually 15-20 times. Repeat every
morning and evening.
2. Roll your shoulders in a circular
motion (clockwise) with your hands straight along your body. Do this in
anti-clockwise direction. Do it five times.
3. Place your arms straight before you,
with the palms facing one another. Lift your arms and bring them close to your
ears and while doing so, breathe in.
4. Do neck exercises. Look towards the
left side and then slowly drop the chin to your chest and again look to the
right hand side. Repeat this exercise from the right hand side to the left hand
side. Repeat it gradually for around five times.
