12. Coconut water

2.      You can also take 4-5 almonds, 15- 20 peanuts and 10-15 black currants along with a glass of milk.
3.      You can also consume orange juice, dried apricots, spinach, currants, sweet potatoes, zucchini, cantaloupe and winter squash.
