1. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar works great to cure
sore throat. It contains antibacterial properties which are very beneficial for
healing sore throat.
1. Take cup of warm water and add one tablespoon
of apple cider vinegar, one teaspoon of fresh lemon or orange juice in it. Also
add one teaspoon of honey in this warm water.
2. Mix it well and drink this warm water slowly.
Consumption of this mixture gives relief from the pain and soreness. Repeat
this 2-3 times a day.

Gargle with apple cider vinegar. Mix one tablespoon of apple cider
vinegar in cup of warm water, also add half teaspoon of salt in it. Gargle with
this mixture 2-3 times a day to cure sore throat.
2. Honey
Honey contains some
antibacterial property that fights against bacteria, infection and cure sore
throat. It helps reducing swelling by drawing out the water from
inflamed tissues.

Consume 1 tablespoon of honey before going
to bed to cure strep throat. You can also chew 3-4 fresh mint leaves with honey before you sleep. Don’t drink water after

Alternatively, mix one tablespoons of honey with cup of warm water and

effective for strep throat. Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with warm regular or

Honey should not be given to children under 2 years as honey may carry bacteria
which can cause some problems such as infant botulism, allergic reactions in

Boil 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon salt with 2 cup of water
for 10 minutes. Strain the water and allow it to cool. Gargle with the water
twice a day

mixture slowly on an empty stomach in the morning. Follow this once a day for a

Alternatively, you can mix half teaspoon of turmeric powder and half
teaspoon of black pepper powder to cup of warm milk. Drink this mixture before
going to bed.

Mix 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric with half glass of hot milk, mix it well.

Peel a fresh garlic clove and make two parts of it. Place these parts in
each cheek and suck these garlic pieces like cough drops. Occasionally, crush
these garlic pieces with your teeth slightly, do not bite it hardly, garlic
contains chemical called allicin, which kills the bacteria that causes strep
throat.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt in glass of
