Why Ginger for weight loss

Ginger contains essential amino acids, magnesium, iron, calcium (it reduces cholesterol levels, proper blood clotting & strong bones), essential fatty acid like omega 3 & omega 6. Daily use of ginger improves fat metabolism. Ginger improves the cerebral blood flow.

2. Long pepper, black pepper, ginger

Mix powder of long pepper, black pepper & dried ginger root in equal quantities. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture twice a day with lukewarm water. 


3. Ginger in regular cooking

Make small pieces of ginger, grind them and make fine paste. Store this paste in refrigerator and use in your regular cooking. 


4. Ginger before meal

Consume 2 teaspoon of ginger juice 30 minutes before meal. Make a ginger paste & squeeze juice from it. 



5. Cinnamon, apple cider vinegar

Drink Ginger tea with 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Follow this remedy 2 to 3 times a day. Use honey instead of sugar or sugar free.



6. Chew ginger root

Chew up small piece of raw ginger or organic ginger candy 30 minutes before your meal. 


7. Lemon and ginger

Consume ½ teaspoon paste of ginger or ginger root with 2 teaspoon of lemon juice and pinch of salt 20-30 minutes before meal.  


7. Olive oil and ginger

Prepare 1 tablespoon fresh paste of ginger and mix it with half teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of honey. Consume this mixture with cup of lukewarm water in morning on an empty stomach & in the evening after snacks. 


8. Rice, ginger & sesame seeds

Add extra flavor to your brown rice dishes, sprinkle grated ginger and sesame seeds on top. For the greatest results, eat rice in little or moderate portion sizes.


How much ginger should you consume every day?

You must limit your daily consumption of ginger to 3-4 tablespoon daily to avoid side effects such as heartburn, diarrhea, stomach upset, irritation of the mouth and belching.
