Ashwagandha indirectly can influence the HGH (Human Growth Hormones) which is significantly responsible for growth of height. These hormones are produce and generate from the anterior gland in brain.

Sugar candy or Jaggery
Cow milk



Direction to use

Take 2 tablespoon of Ashwagandha powder and add it in the glass of milk, also add 1 tablespoon of sugar candy or jaggery, mix them properly. Drink the mixture at every night before going to sleep.

Dose for kids

For small kids, give them 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder with cow milk and sugar candy 30-40 minutes before the dinner.

1.  If you are suffering from cough & congestion, then do not consume Ashwagandha.
2.  In case of pregnancy or breast-feeding, do not consume this herb.
3.  Do not take Ashwagandha on an empty stomach.

  1. Can i take ashwaghanda with warm heated milk? Also, can I just eat raw jaggery while drinking the mixed milk instead of mixing the powder? How much milk should I mix with 2 teaspoons of ashwaghanda? Thanks.

    3. Hi kamran, dhyan rakhe aap original ashwagandha roots istemal kare aur uska baarik powder banaye, taki achhi tarah se digest ho.
      Dinner ke 45 minutes baad hi ye powder thode garam dudh ke sath le. Agar aap original ashwagandha use kar rahe hai toh aapko koi body pain nahi hoga. Ashwagandha aur asgandh same hai (Bengali me Ashwagandha kehte hai aur hindi aur kashmiri me asgandh kehte hai)

    1. aap le sakte hai par, agar aap ise rat ko sonese pehle lete hai toh ye sabse jyada asardar hogi...dinner ke 45 minutes ke bad ise le, jyada fayda hoga..

    1. After age of 22 it is difficult but not impossible. Try ashwagandha and do regular exercises, it may work.
