1. Exercise
Follow some exercises that concentrate
pectoral muscles and breast tissues around the breast to tighten saggy
breast.
There are some exercises you can do to
lift up and tighten saggy breasts such as:
Dumbbell Bench press or pullovers,
pushups, dumbbell fly, shoulder presses, chest squeeze, back elbow stretch,
cobra pose, tree pose, arm circling, triangle pose, plank, blow pose, boat
pose, upward bow pose etc.
Note: You must wear sports
bra or proper supportive bra while workouts.
2. Olive Oil
Olive
oil prevents sagging breasts by reversing the damage
caused by free radicals as it rich source of antioxidants and fatty acids.
Olive oil also improves the skin tone and texture. Olive oil massage will
increase your blood flow and encourage damaged cell repair.

Heat some olive oil for few seconds.

Massage gently with this warm olive oil over your breasts in an upward
and circular motion for about 10-15 minutes.

Take some ice cubes and gently massage around your breast in circular
motions for maximum one minute.

Dry the breasts using soft towel and immediately wear a proper fitting

Caution: Do not massage

Take medium size green cucumber and blend it to make smooth puree.
2. Then add 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of milk
cream or butter to this puree.

6. Egg White, yogurt and honey

yogurt and 1 tablespoon honey.
