Is makeup really bad for acne?

Similar to other non-cleansing products that are applied to skin, makeup can clog pores of skin. The most oil prone regions of your face include forehead, nose, and/or chin. These areas are particularly susceptible to acne. This occurs especially when excessive makeup including powders is applied for covering them.

In addition to concealing your pimples or acne, you require treating them such that they disappear. Hence, apply products that help in removing acne. Also, before using any sort of makeup ensure you know the ingredients present. You should be careful not to use any makeup with ingredients harmful and worsens your acne.
