1. Soak handful of black beans in the
water for overnight and next day add in your regular diet. Soaking them in

2. Soak 1 cup of black beans overnight,
in the next morning boil them in 2 cup of water for 10 minutes. Strain the
water and add some cheese, salt and some chilly powder in it to improve its
taste. You can also add onion and fresh mint leaves or mint chutney in it for
better and quick digestion. Consume this in your regular breakfast or lunch or
dinner.
3. Add 1 cup of soaked black beans (raw
or boiled) in your regular salad. Or make soup of it.
Yogurt
Yogurt is dairy product high in Calcium

probiotics to support digestion. Consume 1-2 bowl of yogurt daily adding some
black pepper or honey. You can also use it in your fruit or vegetable salad.
