15 Anti aging, Wrinkles, Face lifting & Pigmentation face masks
Aging is inescapable, unavoidable and every person
has to face it sooner or later, but what is really significant is to age
gracefully. The primary signs of aging appear as fine lines on the face.
Here are a few easy and surely working natural home
remedies everyone can follow at home to keep your skin fresh, moisture,
youthful, soft and it reduces the signs of aging quickly:
1. Potato slice
massage
Gently rub your skin with very fresh watery slices
of potato. Or grind few pieces of potato & squeeze juice from it, massage
your face with this potato juice for 10 minutes in circular & upward
movements, leave it for 20 minutes, wash with normal water.
2. Potato, turmeric,
besan
Take 1 tablespoon of fresh potato paste or juice
and mix it with pinch of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of besan/gram flour or multani
mitti. Prepare simple facial masks & apply it on your face for 20 minutes,
rinse it off with normal water (don’t use grated potato as we want smooth &
hick paste)
3. Potato, lemon
Gently massage under eyes area with potato pulp or
juice, add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice in it. Massage properly for 10
minutes, leave it for 20 minutes & wash with normal water.
4. Apple pulp, potato
juice
Mix 2 tablespoons of potato juice/pulp with 1
tablespoon of apple pulp/juice. Also add 1 tablespoon of honey & lemon
juice in it, make a fine paste. Apply for 20 minutes, before washing it off
massage your face gently for 3-5 minutes, and then wash it off with normal
water.
5. Papaya massage
Papaya is rich source of vitamin A & C; also it
has strong antioxidant properties which are very beneficial for our skin. In
addition, the enzyme called papain in papaya can remove the dead skin cells on
the surface of the skin gently and makes your skin more flexible and tight.

Gently massage your face with
ripe papaya paste/juice for 10-15 minutes. Leave it for 30 minutes & wash
with normal or lukewarm water. Then apply raw honey as a moisturizer for 10
minutes.
6. Papaya with olive
oil
Prepare 1 tablespoon papaya paste and mix it with
half teaspoon of olive oil and half teaspoon of fresh lemon or tomato juice.
Apply this mixture over the skin to reduce wrinkles, dark eye circles. Wash it
off after 30-40 minutes with lukewarm water. Follow this 4-5 times a week.
7. Almond, milk
overnight mask
Soak 3-4 almonds in the 4-5 tablespoon of milk,
leave it for entire day. Before going to bed, crush these almonds in the milk
to form smooth paste of it, you can use half teaspoon of honey in it. Apply it to
your face & neck. Leave the application for whole night. In the next
morning wash face with normal water. This face mask will make your skin tight
& soft. For dry skin, follow this 4-6 times a week and for oily skin, apply
this mixture daily.
8. Egg white - loose
skin & wrinkles
Take egg white in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of lemon
juice, 1 teaspoon of turmeric in it. You can also add 1 teaspoon of almond
oil/olive oil in it for dry skin. Mix them well and apply on the face for 20
minutes, do this 3-4 times a week. This mask is very effective in skin
tightening and reducing wrinkles much faster.
9. Egg white with
yogurt
Take 1 egg and separate the white from the yolk and
beat it finely, then add 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt in it, mix it well. Apply
this mixture on your clean skin and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Rinse it off
with warm water. Follow this 3-4 times a week.
