9. Garlic with black
pepper, honey
Boil 5 cloves of garlic in 2 cup of
water for 5 minutes. When this water become warm, add 1 tablespoon of honey and
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder to it. Consume on empty stomach in the
morning.
10. Ginger with basil,
black pepper
Add 2 tablespoon of fresh ginger juice,
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 7-8 basil/tulsi leaves in your regular tea
or green tea twice a day. Try to consume herbal tea or tea without milk for
better result.
11. Ginger with honey
Consume 1 tablespoon of ginger paste
with 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and 1 tablespoon of raw honey early in
the morning on empty stomach. You can repeat this remedy 30-40 minutes before
dinner.
12. Dried grapes
Soak 5-8 dried grapes in the ½ cup of
water overnight. In the morning eat these dried grapes with glass of lukewarm
milk on empty stomach. Consumption of dried grapes strengthens our lungs and

Massage with warm mustard oil with 3-4
pieces of crushed camphor in it, if someone has asthma attack. Massage over

milk

seeds or powder with 1 tablespoon of honey, dried sunflower seeds performs as

Make 1 ½ cup juice of fenugreek seeds
or leaves and boil it, in this lukewarm juice add 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
