16 Anti Aging Home Remedies - Cure Premature Skin Aging - Part 1


16 Easy natural home remedies and tips for premature skin aging, wrinkles and face lifting.


1. Cucumber

     1.      Grate 1 green cucumber and squeeze juice from it, Mix this cucumber juice (2 tablespoon) with thick tomato pulp (2 tablespoon) and 2 tablespoon of yogurt. Wash with lukewarm water after 20 minutes.  

     2.      Mix 2 tablespoon of cucumber juice/pulp with 1 ½ tablespoon of multani mitti, make a fine paste, add raw milk if required. Apply on your face for 20 minutes, rinse off with lukewarm water. Apply moisturizer afterward.

2. Facial oil massage

Massage your face for 10-15 minutes with 1 teaspoon of almond oil or olive oil or coconut oil before going to sleep. Leave it for 30 minutes, wash with normal water and don’t use soap to wash your face.



3. Vitamin C, citrus fruits diet

Vitamin C is very important for tightening your skin, removing wrinkles, in other words vitamin C gives you soft, glowing and healthy skin. So eat fruits which have lots of vitamin C such as oranges, lemon, blackberries, sweet lime, raspberries, and cranberries and to some extent blue berries & strawberries. Theses fruits detoxify our body and purify the blood. 

These fruits remove toxins or undigested stuff from our body. Citrus fruits and berries purify the blood and strengthen our cardiovascular system. This promotes healthy heart & body as well. These fruits help in eliminating bad cholesterol and develop digestion & appetite, thus leading to weight loss.




4. Milk

1.      Mix 2 tablespoon of raw/unboiled milk with 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice. Apply this mixture on your face for 15 minutes, wash with normal water. This mixture works as natural cleanser for your skin. 

2.      Massage your face with milk and 1 teaspoon of honey for 10-15 minutes in circular and upward movements daily before you go to sleep. Wash with normal water. You can leave it for overnight, but don’t add honey in it, just massage with milk and almond paste.



3.      Milk is one of the mild and most nutritious substances which removes dead skin cells effectively. Milk contains plenty of lactic acid which produces new skin cells to replace dead cells. Regularly massage or apply milk on your skin for 20 minutes for young look, fair complexion and wrinkle free skin.



5. Dry skin overnight moisturizer

Grind some avocado pieces in mixture grinder to make fine paste of it. Take 2 tablespoon of avocado paste, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or almond oil, 1 teaspoon of raw honey. Mix them well and make fine paste. 

Apply this paste on the face for overnight. Rinse off in the morning with lukewarm water. This moisturizer keeps your skin soft and healthy.


6. Yogurt for wrinkle free tight skin

1.      Mix 2 tablespoon of yogurt in 1 tablespoon of multani mitti and 1 teaspoon of rose water, make a fine paste and apply on the face for 20-30 minutes. Wash with lukewarm/normal water.



2.      Mix 2 tablespoon of oatmeal with 2 tablespoon of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of fresh mint leaves juice. Mix them well and apply on your face before you go to bed. Wash after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water. Apply regular moisturizer afterwards.



7. Cocoa and Oatmeal

Cocoa is one of the richest sources of anti oxidant called polyphenolic. This anti oxidant is very crucial in reversing our signs of aging by fighting UV oxidants. When you add cocoa in other natural moisturizers or your daily moisturizers, it facilitates renew our skin and recovery after damages from aging, sun rays (sun tan etc), pollution, dirt and oil imbalances in our skin cells. 

Mix 1 tablespoon of oatmeal with 1 ½ tablespoon of cocoa, 1 tablespoon of milk and 1 teaspoon of raw honey. Mix them well and make fine paste of it, you can increase the quantity of cocoa and milk to make fine paste. Apply n your face & neck for 20-30 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water. Follow this 3-4 times a week.
