Breakfast
Eat 3-4 slices of fresh pineapple, oatmeal or 1 cup low-fat yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of honey.

Snack
Fruit or vegetable salad (tomato slices, carrots, boiled low calorie veggies etc)


Lunch
Big glass of fresh pineapple juice

Snack
1 glass of carrot or tomato juice, 1 cup low-fat yoghurt

Dinner
Eat 3-4 slices of fresh pineapple, boiled low calorie veggies or small bowl grilled chicken.


Pineapple Diet 2

Required: Big size pineapples; 1 liter of pineapple juice (without sugar)

1.      A pineapple should be chopped and separated into four servings; one for each meal time – breakfast, lunch, evening meal & nighttime meal.
2.      Drink glass of fresh pineapple juice a day.
3.      One can fast for 2 days in a week.

This diet might look like a person will remain hungry; however, they can eat 100 grams of cottage cheese (low-fat), 100 grams of Lenten meat and a modest amount of rye bread.

This will help one to lose up to 2 kilograms in two days. This does not harm one’s health in any way.
