7. Fenugreek
Fenugreek, due to their antioxidant
& anti-inflammatory properties, are considered to be a great home remedy
for joint. They are predominantly useful for people who suffer from arthritis.
1.
Soak 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in cup of water overnight and in
the next morning, consume it with same water. Repeat this every day for fast
result.

Simply swallow 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds with warm water in the
morning, you can repeat this twice a day.
3.
Boil 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds powder in half glass of water for
5-6 minutes. When it is warm, add 1 tablespoon of honey to this water and
consume it. Follow this twice a day for better result.
8. Cayenne & Coconut oil
Cayenne pepper consist a compound namely
the capsaicin. This compound has natural analgesic (pain-relieving) properties.
Every human body has a neurotransmitter namely, ‘Substance P’ which is
responsible for sending signal to the brain about pain. Capsaicin has the ability
to block the ‘Substance P’ and hence one’s brain will not get any signal about
the pain. So, if one consumes cayenne, they will not feel the pain.

Heat small cup of coconut oil for 3-4 minutes on slow flame. Remove it
from flame and add 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper powder and 2 tablespoon of
rose water to it, mix it well.

Apply this warm oil over the affected areas for 20 minutes and wash it
off with warm water. Repeat this twice a day for fast relief from joint pain.
9. Cayenne, Mustard, Ginger, sesame or olive oil
Cayenne helps blocking the pain
sensation; while mustard works as an irritant and brings the blood towards the
surface of the skin. This helps to loosen up one’s stiff joint muscles. Ginger
has anti-inflammatory components namely, gingerols and zingibain. These
components help in treating the swelling in joints and also suppress the
substance which is responsible for triggering pain and inflammation.
1. Take 2 tablespoon of crushed mustard seeds, one tablespoon of cayenne pepper powder and 2 tablespoon of grated ginger.

Mix all these ingredients and keep them in an airtight glass jar. Then
add 2 small cup of olive oil to these ingredients and cover this jar with lid.

Let this mixture sit for one week. After a week, strain the oil properly
and store in bottle.

Slightly heat this oil before applying. Apply this warm oil on joints
and gently massage for few minutes twice a day to get relief from joint pain
and swelling.
10. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil has natural
anti-inflammatory properties that could significantly ease joint pains – even
the ones which arise due to arthritis. The oil has valuable fatty acids that
aid the reduction of swelling and pain. They also lubricate one’s muscles and
joints. When applied topically, this oil could boost blood supply to the joints
thereby reducing inflammation & pain.

Slightly heat 2-3 tablespoon of coconut oil with small piece of camphor
tablet.
2.
Apply this warm oil and gently massage your joints for few minutes.
Follow this two three times a day.
11. Apple Cider Vinegar
This consists of phosphorous, magnesium,
potassium & calcium, which are essential for one’s bone and muscle health.
A diet that is rich in minerals is necessary in order to stay away from joint
pains - especially from arthritis.
Potassium stored in apple cider vinegar
is particularly advantageous for joints as it avoids calcium build-up in one’s
joints. The buildup results in stiffness of joints. Pectin is another compound
present in apple cider vinegar. This aids washing out the toxins from one’s
body. At times, joint pains are a result of accumulated toxins in the
connective tissues of joints.

Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of honey in
a small glass of warm water. Drink this mixture 30 minutes before your
breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of olive
oil. Slightly heat this mixture and gently message over affected areas with
this warm mixture. Follow this two, three times a day.
12. Eucalyptus Oil & Jojoba
Oil
These oils posses’ natural
anti-inflammatory properties that help alleviate muscle and joint pains. They
also aid in reducing stiffness that accompanies arthritis or due to the wear
and tear of one’s muscles. When one suffers from joint aches especially due to
muscle strain, they can apply the following home remedy along eucalyptus oil.

Take 5 tablespoon of eucalyptus oil and 5 tablespoon of jojoba oil, mix
them well.

Store this oil in glass bottle or spray bottle
3.
Apply this mixed oil on your affected joints; shake the bottle well
before applying.
13. Pineapple
Pineapples are rich in vitamin C. This
vitamin C produces collagen, a strong, fibrous protein that is essential for
healthy tissues. Pineapples also contain copper that aid appropriate cross-linking
of collagen molecules to stabilize one’s tissues.
